Qi Gong for Health


We interviewed Cynthia Graham, RN, BSN of Nurse NaturalPath about qi gong for health.
Qi gong exercises can balance and harness qi (“chi”) or “life energy”.
It is frequently described as meditation in motion because it entails breathing, meditation and slow movement.
Qi gong can be helpful for those with the following symptoms or diagnoses:

  • Anxiety
