Private practice experience includes corporate wellness promotion, private counseling, and consulting for sub acute care facilities. Beth's interests include: prevention and treatment of childhood obesity, teaching the truth about "healthy" fat and cholesterol, nutrition during pregnancy, weight management, healthy recipes, geriatric nutrition, and helping people recover from/prevent contemporary chronic disease.
